Growing up, I always believed that food is medicine. Cooking was never just about preparing meals—it was about enhancing health and nourishing the body, mind, and soul. I had been vegetarian for years, but I felt I wasn’t fully unlocking the nutritional potential of my food. That all changed when I discovered Saladmaster.
I attended a cooking demonstration, not expecting much beyond a fun evening. As I watched the Saladmaster consultant effortlessly prepare delicious, nutrient-packed meals, I was captivated. The idea of empowering families to live healthier lives resonated deeply with me. That night, I decided not only to bring Saladmaster into my kitchen but also to share its benefits with others by becoming a consultant.
At the demonstration, I saw how the right cooking techniques could preserve the nutrients in food, ensuring every meal was as nourishing as possible. I realized I could enhance my plant-based diet by cooking in a way that truly preserved the vitamins and minerals in my ingredients. Inspired by this science-based approach to cooking, I transitioned to a fully plant-based lifestyle, no longer needing supplements as my meals provided all the nutrition I needed.
Today, I am humbled to be the first-ever Bhutanese Saladmaster dealer in the world, helping families cook healthier meals and live better lives. Saladmaster has allowed me to be part of a mission that uplifts families through healthier home cooking. Joining Saladmaster wasn’t just about cookware or business—it was about finding purpose and connecting with people who inspire me every day.
